• Personal vehicle that you are willing to use for certain duties

• Current Driver’s License

• Current Vehicle Registration and Tags

• Proof of Auto Insurance

• Willing to participate in a thorough background check

• Ability to lift 25+ pounds five days a week

• Must have smart phone

• Must agree to work usage on smart phone during working hours

• Must be willing to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service to our clients, properties, and tenants!
