We understand the importance of cleaning after you move out! Most properties will deduct a cleaning fee from the tenants initial deposit amount if the unit is not properly cleaned upon vacating. 

Allow us to assist! We not only clean, but we provide customers with proof of each clean to show your leasing office.

VIP Move-Out Deep Cleans Include: 
Detailed kitchen clean (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, countertops, pantry shelves, cabinets, sink/garbage disposal and dishwasher etc.) 
Washer and Dryer cleaning (what is visible to the naked eye. Machines are not taken apart) 
Full bathroom(s)
Windows and window seals
Walls/Baseboards
Light switches
Closets
Ceiling fans
Balconies/Patios
Sweeping and mopping for all non carpeted floors
Pet hair raking on all carpeted areas
Vacuuming
Carpet shampooing

 + Minor Junk Removal Includes:

VIP Trash will remove small abandoned items such as: Clothes, food, plants, dishes, and small-medium miscellaneous items under 20lbs each. This add-on service is an additional fee.
