It's vey important to know, VIP Living is a consumer built platform.

Having lived under various management companies across cities like

San Diego and Dallas/Fort Worth, I recognized a consistent gap that most

of the industry has accepted as “normal”: a fragmented, outdated

resident experience built on disconnected systems that don’t

communicate with each other and CONSTANTLY change.


What stood out to me wasn’t just the inefficiency. It was the missed opportunity.

 

Almost 40 million Americans call an apartment home, yet the technology supporting their daily experience remains

transactional, uninspired, and disconnected. That’s not a small oversight... that’s a massive, overlooked market.


VIP Living was built to solve that!


VIP Living is an integration-first platform that unifies the resident and staff experience while allowing properties to keep the third-party systems they already use.
 

I’ve taken the time to deeply understand both the resident experience and the operational realities of property management. With that, I’ve built a working prototype that reflects that understanding. Not just in design, but in workflow, logic, and real world usability.
 

I’m not a Technical CEO building VIP Living to compete with other popular third-party companies. I’m a consumer/resident Founder building VIP Living to finally bring efficiency, consistency, and familiarity to us residents.

The apartment living experience has remained largely unchanged, despite rapid advancements in consumer technology.
 

Residents today expect seamless, app-driven experiences in nearly every aspect of their lives. From delivery to transportation to entertainment, yet apartment living is still managed through fragmented, outdated systems that don’t communicate with one another. At the same time, property management companies are under increasing pressure to improve retention, differentiate their communities, and operate more efficiently without throwing their entire tech stack at the residents. 

This creates a clear inflection point.

 

VIP Living sits at the intersection of this inflection by introducing an integration-first approach that simplifies operations while elevating the resident experience. 

The infrastructure already exists. The resident/user experience just hasn’t caught up yet.

 

So Why now?
The residential proptech industry continues to consolidate, integrate, and evolve everyday. Having the ability to maintain a consistent, unified experience across changing systems will be instantly valuable. VIP Living will become increasingly valuable the more we continue to grow and integrate with PMC's and their favorite third-party platforms! This is not just an incremental improvement, it’s a foundational shift in how apartment living is delivered to the residents and property staff!
