I didn't discover this problem from the outside looking in. I experienced it as a resident.

Apartment living is where people build their lives. We work from home, host friends, receive packages, order groceries, start families, recover our health, celebrate milestones, build businesses, cry, laugh and begin new chapters in our units.

Yet the technology surrounding that experience often treats the resident primarily as a lease, unit or transaction.

I believe we can build a better experience.

VIP Living is being built around the people who actually live in each unit, with the belief that technology should deliver more than functionality. It should deliver hospitality, consistency and an experience.
